PROJECT OVERVIEW

Design-build construction involving a 10,000 SF tenant fit-out with all new electrical and plumbing as well as prefabricated panel-built “clean rooms” surfaced with fire-rated FRP. These rooms-within-rooms are cooled with multiple mini-split A/C units and make up air is provided via a central charcoal-filtration system to eliminate odors. The security system included video monitoring with remote viewing capabilities, a product vault constructed with heavy duty wire-mesh, as well as a secure entrance to deliver product.
