Following a fire event, Etzel was immediately engaged to lead the restoration of the manufacturing facility’s office building. Having successfully partnered with the client on prior projects, our longstanding relationship and proven track record made us the trusted choice to navigate both the reconstruction and coordination with Prominent’s insurance provider during a critical time. The restoration included drywall replacement, new flooring installation, full electrical and HVAC system restoration, sprinkler and plumbing system repairs, roofing replacement, exterior panel reconstruction, interior painting, furniture installation, and landscaping.
