Kelly has 20 years of experience in construction, with a specialized background in deep foundations, such as caissons and piles.

He graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2006 with a Bachelors in Construction Management.

He is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. He moved to the Mars area with his family in 2014.

He is married with two daughters.
