Flo has over 35 years of experience in drafting and design in commercial, residential and retail construction.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Microstation, she takes primary responsibility for drafting on Etzel's design projects. Flo began her career in piping design on nuclear submarines in Virginia. She started with Etzel in 2012.

In her free time, she enjoys travel, sailing, and silversmithing. She raised three sons.
