PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project entailed a complete re-roofing and exterior restoration of a historic Verizon operations facility originally constructed in the 1920s as a Bell Telephone center. The three-story brick building, encompassing approximately 30,000 square feet of floor space, underwent significant upgrades to preserve its architectural integrity while enhancing structural performance and weather resilience.
