PROJECT OVERVIEW

Design-build multi-phased contract to build-out 3,200 SF of adjoining data center which included approximately 1,000 SF of storage space and 1,500 SF of office/meeting space. This project included design services: architectural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection and structural engineering, as well as full construction services. System installations included 510 tons of air conditioning, FE-25 fire protection, (2) dual 1100 kVA UPS units with (6) 225 kVA PDU units all installed in an A/B bus configuration and the purchase of primary power from the power company.
