PROJECT OVERVIEW
Design-build contract to build-out a new 23,000 SF structure including 10,000 SF of primary data center and 13,000 SF of office and support space. This project included design services: architectural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection and structural engineering, as well as full construction services. System installations included 710 tons of air conditioning, FE-25 fire protection, (2) diverse 13.2 KV power company feeds, (4) 1.5 megawatt generators (2) dual 800 kVA UPS units with (16) 225 kVA PDU units all installed in an A/B bus configuration.
