PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Owner acquired a 32,000 square foot raised floor data center, including support and office areas, located in the technology corridor of Centennial, Colorado. Etzel was responsible for the comprehensive design, engineering, and construction of a full building renovation to meet Expedient’s operational standards. The scope of work included the replacement of the existing UPS system with dual 800 kVA lithium battery systems, a complete remodel of the data center and office spaces, and general upgrades to enhance the facility’s overall appearance and functionality.
